For our well-known international client operating in outsourcing and consulting we are seeking an experienced candidate for a position of Contract Specialist with French.
Job description:
* Drafting, formation, review and revision of contracts
Possibility of leading a small team of specialists, supporting them and assisting with their trainings and coaching
Acting as a key part in communication between project teams, business units and corporate legal counsels in order to provide precise and accurate service of the company’s clients
Participating in the process optimization and impovement
Attending meeting with clients
Periodical reporting to the clients of activities performed within a project
How do we imagine a perfect candidate?
* At least 2-year experience in contracting / procurement / law
* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in law or other related field)
* Fluent French and English
* Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
