The Service and Repair Centre in Hranice repairs/services devices for EU customers. This position primarily focuses on French market, without travelling obligations. Home office is possible once or twice a week.
This position actively communicates with external and internal customers by e-mail and phone over service inquiries in a manner that will maintain good customer relationships. The most frequent daily activities are as follows:
* Creates and handles service order documentation, writing off material, billing and preparing shipping documents (data-entry).
* Contacts customers for estimate approval.
* Provides information including repair status and billing information in response to specific questions from internal and external customers.
* Processes incoming phone calls and emails from external and internal customers.
Requirements:
* Reliable team player.
* Precise and punctual person passionate about customers.
* Knowledge of Czech, intermediate (minimum B1) French and English.
* Direct experience in customer service or support is a plus.
* High school degree or university degree; graduates are welcome.
* Computer literate.
