Your new employer
Our client, an international company located in Prague 6 is currently looking for a new colleague to join their team with the use of French language on a daily basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
* Administrative ad-hoc agenda (putting data in the system, dealing with issues with clients, etc.)
* To review on daily basis the invoices blocked on ESKER and solve the bottleneck by identifying the root cause and contacting to the right stakeholders
* Review customer Master File for missing fields critical for invoice communication; e.g. customer’s email address, postal address, contact details, etc.
* Burndown current backlog of blocked invoices
What you´ll need to succeed
* Fluent or native French language
* Communicative English language
* Being reliable and quick-learner
* Logical thinker
* Being proactive and engaged
* Ability to work for at least 6 months on full-time bases
