Job tasks:
– Communication with employees and solving HR related queries
– Receive queries via phone, email or chat
– Log contacts into case management system
– Resolve queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures
– Escalate queries that cannot be resolved
– Identify gaps in the supporting documentation and cooperate on improvement of processes
– Reporting
The contract is for define period with possibility of prolongation.
Start: asap
Location: Prague 8 and home office/fully remote
Contract for one year with possibility of prolongation.
Working schedule: full time (40 h/w)
Requirements:
– Fluent English and advanced French (B2)
– Previous experience with customer service
– Solid command of MS Excel and Word
– Willingness to work in shifts
– Pro-active and communicative personality
– Ability to work in an international team
